Located just 10 miles north of Seattle, Doug’s Lynnwood Mazda is a family-owned & operated dealership and has reached over 50 years in business! We have opened a brand new facility and we’re looking for a talented individual to be a knowledgeable advocate for the Mazda brand, a wonderful team player, and a savant in creating an excellent customer experience. We have extremely low turnover so this opportunity is very unique.

This is an hourly PLUS commission position.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Parts Counter Person, Auto Parts Sales, Parts Specialist, Shipper & Receiver to join our team. The open position is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career with our company and excel in a customer-facing industry. We currently have more potential customers than we can handle, so now is the time to join our team, become an expert in the Mazda brand, and thrive in an industry that continues to grow with the local population in our brand New Mazda Facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist all customers and technicians in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Answer our phone lines professionally providing price quotes and information.
• Review body shop estimates, ensuring parts are ordered efficiently.

• Work well with our sales team to help foster our friendly work environment
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times towards customers, both current and potential customers.
• Shipping & Receiving.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Parts experience in a customer-facing position
• CDK experience a plus
• Experience working with a Windows PC and Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding and respecting customers’ needs and expectations
• A strong passion for cars and teamwork
• Experience in the automotive industry
• A valid Washington State Driver’s License
